I do not have a sweet tooth. My daughter, Heather, does. She learned at a very early age that if she made her own sweets, I was much more likely to let her indulge. She mastered Tira Misu by age 7 and continued to engage in aggressive baking from there.

Luckily, she figured out a way to support her habit and established Heather's Cookie of the Month Club. Consumers, fellow sweet tooths, could sign up for fresh, often warm, home baked cookies to be delivered to their house once a month.

She has now evolved into having been hired for gluten free, vegan wedding cakes. And she is a biology major at UC Davis.
